Societal Impact and Responsibility

It is an opportune time to address multiple aspects of social impact of polymeric materials, with special attention to sustainability. This includes responsible use and disposal, and recycling of plastics, along with life cycle assessments that compare environmental impact among plastics, fibers and elastomers, including emerging bio-based polymers.
